E-JobSearch Report
The E-JobSearch survey of ResearchCenter analyses the job searching habits of the urban population by describing the methods and channels used for job searching and reports people's awareness and perception of the enterprises - headhunter and employment mediator firms - that help in it.
The large-sample research consists of two data collection stages: the first part of the survey is representative of age, sex and region on people living in the capital city or bigger cities (more than 50,000 inhabitants), while in the second stage people registered at Jobinfo.hu - job searching site - are questioned.
The full study may answer the following questions:
Who are looking for jobs recently?
The demographical composition of job seekers and the distribution of jobs that they would like to apply for by region.
Which are the preferred channels for job seeking?
The preferences of urban internet user job seekers. Usage of secondary and tertiary channels.
Employment mediator and headhunter firms
Awareness and perception of firms.
Job searching habits and attitudes: What is important for job seekers?
Preferred parameters of job advertisements. Time spent on job searching.
